lose fattt

I have tried many ways to lose fat but none are working, check out the following:
Form a diet that minimizes starches, sugars, and animal fats. Starches, sugars, and fats are all tasty, but non exactly the best diet foods. Bad starches and sugars to stay away from include: potato chips, fries, white breads, pastries, soft drinks, candies, and cakes. These will all keep you from realizing your weight loss goal.

Form a diet that is rich in vegetables, fiber, and lean protein. All these foods are less prone to being converted into fat, and come packed with healthy vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Try incorporating the following foods into your diet:

  • Leafy greens such as spinach, kale, mustard greens.
  • Egg whites, soy products, and skinless poultry breasts.
  • Fruits low in sugars, such as rhubarb, raspberries, and blackberries.
  • Fish and shellfish.
  • Nonfat dairy foods, such as fat-free yogurt

Drink water instead of sugary drinks. Many doctors recommend that males get 13 cups of water per day, which works out to 3 liters, while women are recommended to drink 9 cups per day, about 2.2 liters.[1] Water will help your immune system stay healthy, keep your skin looking great, and give you more lasting energy to do the things you need to do during the day.

  • You probably already know this, but sodas, juices, and other sugary drinks aren't the way to go if you want to shed pounds off of your frame. Sugars, as mentioned above, are simple carbohydrates, an excess of which will lead to more calories. Reach for a glass of water instead! You'll see the difference.
  • (Unsweetened) green tea is another good substitute for sugary drinks. Green tea contains a good amount of antioxidants, meaning that it helps your body fight against free radicals, which enhance signs of aging in humans

Use dieting tips to form good habits. We all cheat now and then, and that's fine. But we can make it harder on ourselves to cheat in the first place, giving us an incentive to follow our diet more strictly and diligently.
  • Get tempting foods out of your home. If you normally shop, ask your husband to do the shopping instead, and instruct him to buy foods only mentioned on a list. If you're younger, ask your parents food to buy problem foods like chips, ice-cream, and candy. It's harder to eat bad food if there's never any around.
  • Don't graze from the refrigerator. Grazing from the fridge is bad because it's easy to lose track of how much you're eating. Instead, portion out how much food you're going to eat onto a plate, sit down at your dinner table, and stick to this routine. It will help.
  • Don't eat because you have nothing better to do. Humans can be funny creatures. Often, we do things without even thinking why we do them, and eating is one of those things. Keep yourself busy and engaged so that you don't start eating out of boredom.

Keep a food journal. Write down everything you eat and be meticulous about it. You're less likely to splurge if you have to deal with the guilt of writing it down in your journal afterward. Plus, if you keep track of your diet and one week goes particularly well, you can try replicating your diet to achieve the same results.

  • Also note in your journal how you're feeling when you ate the food. Were you feeling depressed, happy, angry, or optimistic? Focusing on your emotions as well as the foods themselves can help cue you into patterns of emotional eating, if there are any.

Eat at predetermined time, never skipping meals, and never eating late at night. It's important not to skip meals when you're dieting. Skipping meals is a recipe for binge eating when the time comes for a calorie boost. Try to eat smaller portions throughout the day, at the same time each day.

  • There's a saying out there that goes: "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper." Well, it's true. A good breakfast will help you jumpstart your metabolism, keep it going throughout the day, and gently wind down as night comes. Eating right before sleeping is a bad idea because your body often doesn't metabolize all the calories, instead converting them into fat.
